By booking or purchasing through our Website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Coaching, Consultations & Strategy Sessions
A. Refunds
All coaching sessions, financial consultations, mentorship programs, and strategy calls are non-refundable once purchased.
This is because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and preparation work begins immediately.
B. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

C. Missed Appointments (“No-Shows”)
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice:
The session is considered used,
No refunds or credits will be issued, and
A new paid booking will be required.
2. Digital Products, Guides & Downloads
(Digital PDFs, worksheets, templates, challenges, e-books, etc.)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a download issue, we will gladly resend your files.
3. Courses, Programs, and Workshops
If you offer courses or workshops in the future:
A. Live Workshops
Payments for workshops (virtual or in-person) are non-refundable, but seats may be transferred to another date or participant with 48 hours’ notice.
B. Online Courses / Digital Programs
Due to immediate access to course materials, all sales are final.
4. Speaking Engagements & Group Trainings
Deposits for speaking or group training events are non-refundable.
If the host needs to reschedule, deposits may be applied to a future date within 90 days, depending on availability.
5. Refunds for Services Not Provided
If LegacyBuildersByNataline is unable to deliver a scheduled service due to our error, you may choose:
a full refund, or
a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
6. Financial Products & Insurance-Related Services
Refunds for insurance products are governed by state regulations and insurance carrier rules—not by this Refund Policy.
All insurance applications, adjustments, withdrawals, and cancellations are handled directly through the issuing carrier.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Dispute chargebacks
Provide communication logs and records
Terminate access to future services
